All About Ms. Amy!

"I have been with Little Sprouts for 4 years, since we built our house and moved up here in 2021. I have been in childcare, either at a center or in my own home for over 30 years. 

I love the two year old class and it has always been my favorite room. They are learning so much and it is so fun to watch them swell with pride when they learn something new. I love circle time, reaching them books and teaching songs. 

Little Sprouts is a small center and I like that there is time to have individual moments with the children for snuggles or extra teaching time. I enjoy getting on the floor and playing with them. They like to make me feel better with the Doctor kit or make me look better with Beauty Shop. 

I have been married to Scott for 36 years and we have two daughters, Kate and Amber. January 2026 we welcomed our first grandchild, Eden!

When not working, I enjoy reading books, cross stitching and floating on our pond. We keep busy at home with our 20 chickens, a big garden and Snickers the stray cat, who found us this year!

We also love our grand puppies, Telly and Nami, and our grand kitties, Mars, Sabrina and Thomas! A visit to West Bend always involves pet hair!"
